If you follow this site, you know that from time to time we use a full meal plan instead of a week-by-week plan to better leverage the recipes already on the blog. For this weekly plan we’re following Full Plan Vol. 16, a complete Ultimate Portion Fix plan that covers breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for all 21 Day Fix brackets (A–F). It also includes prep tips and an itemized printable grocery list to help you stay organized.

This week’s plan pulls from an existing full meal plan so you can skip extra planning and use recipes already published on the blog. Favorites included in this plan are Lasagna Zucchini Boats, Salsa Verde Chicken Soup, Everything Bagel Seasoned Chicken Tenders, and Air Fryer Shrimp. These recipes make the week both flavorful and simple to execute.

It’s still beneficial to follow the 21 Day Fix plan on weekends for consistent progress, but you’ll likely have leftovers and extra ingredients after the week. To avoid waste, inventory your fridge and pantry at the end of the week and plan weekend meals around what you already have.
