If you’ll be in Austin for SXSW, you’re invited to my birthday party on Monday night — we’ll be roasting a whole pig.
Come early Monday evening to enjoy great food, drinks, and company on the rooftop of AMLI Southshore, with views of downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake.
The 50‑pound pig will be ready to serve at 5:00 PM, so please arrive on time. After the meal we’ll head into Austin for more festivities. Pop in for a short visit if your SXSW schedule is busy — all are welcome, even for just a little while.
We’re counting on your help to finish this pig — bring your appetite!
