How to Store Guacamole:
To slow browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Have extra ripe avocados? Make a large batch and freeze it. Use freezer bags and add a little extra lime juice to help maintain color and flavor.

To Freeze:
- Place a freezer bag in a tall cup, folding the bag edges over the cup rim for stability.
- Spoon the guacamole into the bag.
- Flatten the bag, squeeze out excess air, and seal tightly.
- Lay the bag flat in the freezer for compact storage.
- To thaw, submerge the sealed bag in cold water for 30–60 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy!
